The Ukiah Valley Conference Center (UVCC) offers full-service support for all your conference, wedding, event, or meeting needs – at an affordable price. Whether you’re looking for a place to work for an hour, host a meeting, or need to host a full conference, the UVCC can meet your needs. Our small-town friendly staff are ready to provide you with full support for just you, or three hundred of your conference attendees.
Need a clean, affordable place to host a large wedding? With a large on-site kitchen and plenty of parking we have you covered.
Located in the center of downtown Ukiah, the UVCC is surrounded by restaurants, shops, bars, and parks. With ten hotels within two miles, your guests will enjoy traffic-free commutes with free parking on both ends of their trip.
FAQ
What are the insurance requirements for an event?
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is not required for events or reservations held during regular business hours unless alcohol is served. A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all formal or special events. Caterers are also required to obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance.
The Certificate of Liability Insurance must be in the amount of $1,000,000 in General Liability covering bodily injury, property damage or personal and advertising injury arising out of “your operations”. The specific name and date of the event should be included on the certificate and should name the City of Ukiah, its officers, employees, agents and volunteers as additional insured. Sample forms are provided upon request.
Is there a security deposit required?
A security deposit is only required for large formal or special events.
What is the cancellation policy?
Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice of cancellation for small rooms (Merlot, Zinfandel, Riesling or Chardonnay). For larger events and rooms (Chenin Blanc, Cabernet 1 or 2, or the Red Rooms) clients must provide at least one week’s notice from the date of their event. If we receive late notice, there will be a cancellation fee. If no notice is given the client will be charged the full room price.
In the event of a Public Safety Power Shut Off (PSPS) event or other public emergency, the City of Ukiah maintains the right to cancel event with no advance notice to allow use of the facility for emergency operations. In the event of an emergency cancellation, the City will provide a full refund.
What catering options are offered?
The Ukiah Valley Conference Center offers catering options ranging from coffee and tea service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner all from local vendors. Pricing varies depending on the requested services.

What are your hours of operation?
The Ukiah Valley Conference Center meeting facilities operate primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM. Weekend and evening rates are available.
How many attendees can UVCC accommodate?
The Red Rooms (our largest event space) has a max capacity of 400 people; however, this number may decrease depending on the set-up of the space.
How much parking is available?
The Conference Center has a total of 75 complimentary parking spaces, with an additional 8 Tesla charging stations. With its central location in Downtown Ukiah, plentiful street parking surrounds the Conference Center.
What's the WiFi situation?
Free unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all our meeting spaces.
Are there private offices available to rent?
Small private conference rooms are available for rent. The Riesling, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Zinfandel offer the perfect amount of space for small team meetings.

The UVCC provides nearly 8,000 sqft of meeting space that can be divided or combined to meet your needs. The two largest rooms (Cabernet I and II) can be combined with the Zinfandel and Merlot rooms to host up to 400 people. Do you need to host breakout sessions? The large rooms can be divided into four separate rooms and combined with the Chenin, Riesling, and Chardonnay rooms for a total of seven rooms. Rent them all or just what you need. The full kitchen located just outside the large rooms provides easy access for your caterer. Our team can provide in-house catering of coffee and tea, continental breakfast, lunch or afternoon snacks!
